What can you count on with Sold on KC? Experience! We are a few of those rare people who landed on our jobs for life very early on in our after college years. A few of us have never known another job, in fact. We found our jobs in real estate young and have all settled into the job of Realtor as our life long careers. Everyone with Sold on KC in some way grew up with a parent figure, or both parental figures who introduced them to the idea of selling real estate and so you might say it is in our blood. There is no career more rewarding than that of a resource for our clients as they enter into the most emotional decision of their lives, in most cases. We help people’s goals of home ownership become a reality by listening to what they want and communicating how we would best advise them to make that goal a reality. We meet young people starting their careers and owning their first homes, those getting married and combining households, those with growing families needing that extra room to roam, those with kids leaving the nest and ready to downsize, those who experience loss and need guidance for closure in a home they have loved… investors, vacation homeowners, job relocation employees, land owners, those building from scratch, flippers… you name it, we have been there and have helped all of them. We haven’t made the decades long careers we have by churning and burning. We are here to work for you. We are here to listen to you and to help facilitate the dreams and goals you have.
